    Theres a vote coming in novemeber that states companies with over 25 employees must offer 7 paid sick days. Effectively, everyone would get a weeks vacation after gaining employemnet. You can use up to 3 days consecutively before requiring a doctors excuse. Its bankable so , if you never call off for 30 years, you get 210 paid days off.
