To anyone who missed Road House you have another chance to see a classic piece of cinema at The Lincoln Theatre. We will continue our Midnight Movie Series with Robocop the 23rd of August, which is going to be the same night of our Art Displaced show at The Stereo Shop. Our artists here at the shop have been getting some pretty sweet stuff together for your viewing pleasure, and Robocop speaks for itself. We are changing the format a bit for this upcoming movie, if you dress up as one of the characters from Robocop you will be entered into a drawing for a FREE Robocop inspired tattoo from one of our talented artists. So in the name of fun come on down and check out the art of Art Bomb at The Stereo Shop on Erie and stick around for Robocop at The Lincoln Theatre.

You would LOVE the tattoo convention in Las Vegas. Thousands of tattoo artists from ALL over the WORLD show up. Very interesting display and cultures.

You'll have to check it out sometime !

Hey man Art Bomb is sponsoring the movie to play at the Lincoln. The way I understand it, the business who sponsors it gets to choose the movie.
If you go in the Theatre's lobby you'll see each local business sponsor different classic movies.
Perhaps you could find a business to sposner an "Art Film" night... or if your adventurous and have some money, sponsor it yourself.

I heard you could join the"film club" at the theater and democratically vote on what will be shown.

As for Art Films, absolutely! We have our schedule lined up for the next few months but if you have any ideas definately let us know.

The Big Lebowski, it is on a very short list for movies coming up in the new year. Here is the thing though if people don't attend the movies we are doing now, it is going to be hard to keep doing them in the future. So come down and support The Lincoln Theatre, The Ananda Center, and Art Bomb Massillon so that we know that people are into the idea and we can keep it going.
