A few months back we were arguing on why not to vote for McCain...and while I still have no intention of voting for him, I do remember me pointing out that Obama is equally and possibly even more full of crap. I pointed out that there is no way the dems are not going to take special interest money. You cited the huffingtonpost.com and how Obama has already made it a part of his platform. I did say that I hope he actually follows through with it...but it would never ever happen. Turns out I was 100% correct. He has again started accepting special interest money, but he said he was forced to because the Republicans refused to cooperate. Are you ready to admit that this guy is absolutly no different than the rest of the politicians? Get in line with the rest of the sheep there young man!

Saw it on PBS nightly news hour with Jim L. He got grilled for about 15 minutes on that an the Iraq change in policy.

As I said previously...I would support any politician that would actually go through with a policy of that nature, but they ALL know that money is incredibly important for any chance of election.

They all suck!!! Time to start voting 3rd party!

I haven't had a chance to follow up on the Jim Lehrer to see what was said. But even if he did, I would still vote for Obama. Because while I don't agree with everything he's done. I certainly agree more with him than McCain.

His comments about autism may have been out of line, but he's right on about ADD. Its not fair to judge him on one statement. If that were the case what would the bleeding heart liberals say about the reverend jesse jackson and using the, you know what word?

I'm not in the habit of defending Savage at all. I enjoy his show for about 20 minutes and that is really all I can take and must shut it down. Anyway, the Savage in Savage4President has nothing to do with Michael Savage. Sorry to mislead you with the name.

Don't let Savage4President deceive you guys. It most certainly represents this dope. Otherwise, he would have anticipated everyone's questions and explained what it stands for then. He didn't cause he's in a corner and not quick on his feet. Don't fall for the deflection cause it's coming.....:lol:

Because I'd like to see a "Savage" type person as president. One that does not care about polls, but cares about America. A person that is not afraid to say what is needed? A person like Barry Goldwater, that states... “I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.”
Or “To insist on strength is not war-mongering. It is peace-mongering.”
Or “The income tax created more criminals than any other single act of government.”
And of course my personal favorite “I think every good Christian ought to kick Falwell right in the ass.”

Help me how? I've not stated anything incorrect or untruthful. Do I like Michael Savage??? Sure I don't have a problem with someone that is not afraid to stir the pot around now and again. Do I agree with Michael Savage? Not all the time, but he certainly says a lot I do agree with. The same applies for the vast majority of conservative talk radio host. Now, I did not read CarlE's link, and maybe I should...I certainly can imagine that he said something that is biting him in the ass. But the bottom line is the name Savage4President does not equate to MichaelSavage4President. It would be closer to PhilSavage4President if my intentions were for a single person.

I had absolutly nothing to do with that on Saturday? I gave the message to the appropriate individual as asked. I will say it would not have hurt to give him a series though. Sorry I could not come through for you.

PS...Just bought a boat. Got it at Portage Lakes for now. You'll have to give me and evening when there is no baseball and we can head up for a little while. The standard rule applies though.
