Isn't there enough land for Kohl's to build somewhere in Massillon Marketplace?

OK, is he or isn't he ?
The way I read this he just wants some assurances.
Where did this come from ? He has known about Kolh's alot longer than any of us.
This is the biggest Dept. store Massillon has seen since JC Penneys As a matter of fact this store is bigger than Penneys.
The complex on 241 will be named after the Genshafts and we get a Dept. store
Its a win, win situation .
Why should kohls build elsewhere? They have made a investment in that site
Somewhere there is a cockroach trying to stymie this project.I know Neil Genshaft, he is a good man that would not stop progress. I just hope he stops listening to the ombudsman.
