That's 1st St. SW, and it has flooded after every hard rain for the past ten years that I am aware of. You would think that someone would've fixed that by now. And the people that actually try to drive through the water, they're even more amazing.

It doesn't seem to matter if you post signs warning of high water or you block the road. A sub-genius woman actually drove around a police car to get her van stuck in the 3 feet of water this week. :doh: Sometimes you just can't save people from themselves. Stupid hurts!
