I don't know how this works, but it was 100% accurate when I did it. I am curious to see if it works for everyone:scratchchin:

YOUR AGE BY EATING OUT

Don't tell me your age; you probably would tell a falsehood anyway--but your waiter may know!

YOUR AGE BY DINER NUMBERS; RESTAURANT MATH

This is pretty neat!

DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!

It takes less than a minute. Work this out as you read.

Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!

This is not one of those waste of time things, it's fun.

1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to go out to eat.
(more than once but less than 10)

2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)

3. Add 5

4. Multiply it by 50

5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1758... If you haven't, add 1757.

6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.

You should have a three digit number.

The first digit of this was your original number. (i.e., How many times you want to go out to restaurants in a week.)

The next two numbers are YOUR AGE ! ------ (Oh YES, it is!)

Actually it works for other years, you just have to adjust the "add 1758 or 1757"

It is a neat trick though.

LOL. This isnt rocket science. For crying out loud you input the year you were born! And input if your birthday has passed!!

I will now guess your age....just tell me the year you were born and if you have had your bday yet......

see how smart I am.....

I "sappose" most people wouldn't spend much time on it at all. You're multiplying a number b/w 1-10 by 100 (ie:2x50) so your final number will obviously start with the number you chose. By adding 5 before multiplying by 50, you add 250 to the total. Adding 250 to the 1758 and you get 2008. You add 2008 to a number and subtract your birth year.. You're obviously going to get your age.

Geeeeeeeeeeeesh you guys! It wasn't meant to cause a debate or ridicule or be rocket science. I guess I should have put a disclaimer "for entertainment purposes only "

Lighten Up….it’s just for fun…. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_1_107v.gif

(Hey -- at least it wasn’t calculating my weight. But, after all of those
dinners out, there will be no doubt.)
