Here's an excerpt from the Independent:

"Special Prosecutor Frank Forchione said there is “credible evidence” that Ronald Anderson, 72, pulled into the path of the truck.
“There’s no question the fire truck was operating with its lights and sirens on,” Forchione said. “The accident reconstruction evidence found the (truck’s) speed to be reasonable when responding to an accident.”
Forchione also confirmed that Anderson had hearing problems."

Congrats Sue Toles on having your name cleared after having it drug through the mud by so many people....I said all along that there was no way that truck could have done the speeds that witnesses were estimating it was doing.

I guess that kinda shoots the whole lawsuit thing. Maybe the family shouldn't have hired some ambulance chasing lawyer, before the 'loved ones' were in the ground.

Glad to see our fine city employees were cleared of any wrong-doing, in this tirade of FALSE accusations.

Hopefully, the lawsuit chatter will disappear.
