Some idiot judge ruled in favor of a 12 year old girl who sued her father because he would not allow her to go on a 3 day class trip. the girl just finished elementary school!

That is soooo ridiculous. None of my 3 boys would have attempted such nonsense. Sue me yeah right. NO means No in our house. The butts would be pretty warm. Elementary school...I wish I would have tried a trick like that on my parents.

A lot of kids today are just "acting a fool". This shouldn't have even made it to press. OMG

I'm curious. If the idiot Dad controlled her allowance how the heck was she able to hire a better attorney than him?? LOL.

What I heard on the radio this morning, and not sure if it is in the article is that the parents of this 12 year old girl have been in a custody battle for several years now. The lawyer that represented the girl, is the same lawyer that represents the mother. Thinking there is some motherly motivation behind this young girls action...
