This week (and the week isn't over yet) -- my gas budget went up, gasoline just went up to $4.09 and my chili at Wendy's went up a dime.

Very depressing week -- and things do not look like they are going to
get better any time soon.

I'm going to try to keep smiling (and praying) -- and, I know it's affecting everyone -- just wish there was an end in sight.

As soon as we get some 'change' in the white house, gas will go back to a buck a gallon, and we're all getting a $% an hour payraise. Not to mention free healthcare. Just hang in there !!! :smartass:

Nothing but plain ignorance! How is "all this" President Bush's fault? I can see if you guys were dumb high school kids, but you are grown adults, aren't you?

You can save $ by making changes to your day to day life.

Example: Winter I have my home set to 68, summer I have it set to 75-76
I drive just under the speed limit & use cruise control as much a possible. I will also drive behind bigger cars so they can cut the wind in front of me.

Prob the biggest thing I changed is ask my self do I need this or do I want this...
