As long as they keep the Orange ones from last year I'll be happy!!! Mainly because they say "Massillon" on the front, and big enough you can see it from the stands!!!

I heard a mention from a players mother that they are planning on a throwback style of uniform to go with the helmets. Something of the late 80's to early 90's look. Massillon in large block font on the front with striped sleeves with either paw prints of Obies on the shoulders. Black with Orange trim for home, white with black and orange trim for away, and keeping the current orange since they are the newest jerseys.

Ok cool, I wasn't quite sure whether or not they were going to have any new uniforms but I had figured they would bring something new to go with the new helmets.

I think they are sticking with Nike for one since they have the contract and im not sure if they are going to phase them in or get them all at once. I will ask her and see if I can get more information with you guys. It sure helps to have friends in the inside circle. I LOVE the black helmets but yet im excited about going back to the style of helmets & uniforms they had when I was in school.

Custom uni's from nike need to be ordered in Jan or Feb.


We ran into this same problem when Tom came to town, It was found out that the old coach never ordered any so they had buy a stock uniform top , which as we know didn't hold up well.

Also there was no money for uniform tops but the Eagles came in and picked up the tab, then the second season they were paid for by privite donations.
