We bought our timeshare in 1985 for $7,240 but recently bought a condo in Massillon and now prefer going north rather than south (we live in GA), so we're selling "our week at the beach."

Annual maintenance, taxes etc. were $445.31 this year and tend to be the lowest on the beach. Try the area by renting our week for $600, then apply that to the purchase price if you decide you'd like to buy!

I used to live in Buckhead. I'm well aware that 770 is legit. And Vosh has been a good poster for awhile. I'm just trying to figure out the dynamics so I can put a "sentimental" value on the transaction, if you know what I mean.

Carl, Vosh is a good friend of mine and he may be old, but he's not crazy yet! He & his wife bought a condo in Massillon to travel up here more often. Family, Tiger games, business, etc. Sounds like a great deal to me.

grandbabies will do that to grandparents every time, especially grandmas...had a new one just last summer...he is only four hours away, just east of cincy...but, the pull is mighty strong...about the only thing keeping me up in nw ohio is two other grands...

Gosh, folks, I'm shocked that all ya'll (note my Southern flair) haven't figured out that Massillon is STILL the "Center of the Universe" (hey, it's gotta be somewhere and I declare it's in the 44646 zip code!).

Actually, my Georgia Peach bride of 32+ years is about as jacked as I am about spending more time in my hood!!! Tiger Coach got it right and it's all good!!!
