There is an adage that is always said regarding death that "when it's your time, it's time."
I was watching Animal Cops Detroit last night on Animal Planet and there was a case of a dog that was shot in it's head by an owner who didn't want the animal any further because he couldn't care for it any further. Some people knew something about the owner shooting it but they refused to come forward.
BUT...in a shocking twist, the bullet that entered the dog hear this: damaged no vital parts in the animal, who miraculously lived. In a way, it was a case of not being the dog's time to go.
God works in many more ways than one......
