I agree, she had to me mentally insane for what she did. I feel sorry for her husband, and not to mention the kids she killed.

I just hope she is never found fit to be released from the mental hospital.

I agree, and if by some strange twist she is found sane enough to be released, she should be, to put it bluntly......sterilized.

I agree with all of the posts. But boy, this story just makes my heart ache. What a tragic and sad situation all the way around.

Oh I know....they were showing pictures of her children today on the news. It is heartbreaking.

From one report I heard on the radio, after spending time in a mental hospital, a doctor could order her released. If true, that is unfathomable.

this may upset a few of the guys on here, but oh, well
i think her ex husband is just as guilty as she is concerning this sad situation...why would a guy not do anything to prevent his wife (he claimed to care about ) from getting pregnant after the 3rd baby when her problems first began...no, they had two more...and why was she being expected to homeschool these kids on top of everything else???
somebody dropped the ball in looking out for the good of the entire family...
and what happened to him "standing by my wife"...wasn't long before he divorced her and remarried...
i know that i am making a judgement here...and i am not in the middle of the situation...but, surely, he had a clue that just maybe they shouldn't have another baby given her previous problems...
and the one i actually feel sorry for now is the present wife...i wonder just how good is he looking out for her welfare...

It's very troubling but when you think about it you'd have to be truly insane to do something like that. As long as she's never released...

Don't worry, the State only pressed 2 of the 5 murders. So if she is release they can then prosecute the remaining 3. There is NO statute of limitations on Murder.

You have to wonder why her husband didn't get her the help she needed.
