I'm just curious what the rest of you thought about the "audience participation" this week. I don't know if it was the awesome entrance (fireworks and all) or the pre-game hype, or the desire to show support and confidence in the Tigers after Moeller, or the sheer excitement as this game unfolder - BUT SOMETHING had our fans out of their seats this week! And I loved it! It was a playoff environment!
My question, for you players and parents was - do you hear that? Does it help you on the field? Does it motivate you to play harder? I'm guessing the answer is YES - and if it is, we need to continue doing more of it week in and week out.
There were situations this week that I thought the crowd noise really disrupted and/or disctract the AZ team.
This is a seperate thought (and it may even be a corny one) but as I watched Ohio State kick off this weekend and heard everyone again Say in Unison at the time of the Kick O-H-I-O, I wondered if we shouldn't start a tradition of calling the T-I-G at every kickoff? I don't know...
