You guys see that people are now saying that the Voguge Lebron James picture is Racist? There claming that just because his mouth is open and that he is dribbling a ball, it is showing stereotypes that are "Gorilla Like" and that he is a "Dangerous Black Man"?
C'mon people, i think only the ones who are racist to begin with would see that. I mean you telling me Lebron didnt look at the photos after the shoot was over? i mean if he liked em, isnt that wat matters? seeing how he is black and all.

There's nothing racist about it and the people who perpetrate those stereotypes should just keep their mouths shut. You're right lobbs- it's the racists who start controversies like this.

Tiger77,

They're just like a batch of know-it-all posters (none to note) who think they know what's happening and they don't. They think they are so better than anyone else and they think they so big and bad and what not.

They all can do everyone a favor and just shut their meaningless, oppressive, thoughtless, heated, egotistical, rude, foul, unwanted, corrputed, knocking, impolite, nasty, gross mouths up!

It's these kind of people with attitude problems and they're the kind of people who I don't want to spend the rest of my life around with!

Side note: When you disrespect LeBron James...you are disrespecting the all-time leading scorer (who has a date in Kwame Kilpatrick's hometown Saturday night)!

Right!!! Lebron is the man. Go Cavs! Do you think Kwame will be at the game or will he be busy?! LOL!

things like this are the root of the ongoing racial problems within the usa...people continually looking for "hidden" meanings behind every single thing done...

people have what some may call "analysis paralysis"...every minute detail is analyzed with a microscope...

sometimes, it isn't wrong to take things at face value...or the way the person actually intended it...

oh, i farted while standing next to you in the checkout line...what does that mean??? i had gas that i could not control, even while trying...that is what it means...(unless you are my husband, and then, it is payback)

some need to quit the nitpicking...

Tiger77,

I don't hear about Mr. Kilpatrick being in prison at the moment...he may be at the game !

Other than that, on the LeBron shot...it's nothing more than a bunch of know-it-alls who think they know what's going on but their heads are so far up their bloated and whopped appalling, stereotypical, sullen, egotistical, selves that they wouldn't know what it means to not be racist! I've been around and seen racists in my time and again, they're the kind of people who I don't want to spend the rest of my life around with (futhermore reinforcing that point)!

To all the know-it-alls out there and they know who they are (not directed at anyone in particular): Shut the heated, embittered, limp, lid up already! Goodness gracious alive!!!!!

I agree that looking for hidden meanings isn't helping and this photo is a great example of making something out of nothing, but "things like this" are certainly not the ROOT of the ongoing problems....
