23 tiger nfl players

i am doing some research for my grandfather. i am looking for the names of all 23 nfl players, who played for the tigers. He knows alot of them, but i just cannot seem to find a nice simple list of them. i would appreciate any help in this. :tig:

I dont think there are 23 who have played in the NFL, but 23 who have played in pro ball...including the CFL, WFL, and the USFL.

I am not sure, but since there are some CFL players mentioned I think others may be Clarence Johnson and Henry Grooms.

Willie Spencer Jr. spent 3 years on the Bears roster.

If I recall my Massillon history books correctly...

Harry Stuhldrehr played 1 or 2 seasons of pro football in between his college years at Notre Dame and the start of his coaching career. This would have been a few years prior to the founding of the NFL.

If we're counting USFL, then I believe Steve Studer was on the roster of the Michigan Panthers. From what I remember reading he had to quit after a freak injury or something due to a pad slipping in his helmet when he made contact with another player...

Willie Spencer Jr. spent 3 years on the Bears roster.

I think he was on the Redskins for one year also
