I went to Castaway bay two weeks ago. While I was in Sandusky I had dinner at a pizza/sports restaurant/bar called Chet and Matts. The owner is a HUGE fan of High school and college football. He noticed my Massillon jersey I was wearing and offered to cover my bill if he could have my jersey to hang up for display. Since i have more then one jersey i was more then happy to part with it. The owner also asked if I had a helmet or if I knew how to get ahold of one to add to his display.
Anyone know how to get ahold of a helmet or how much it would cost to buy one?

It may be too late right now, but usually right after the season they send helmets back to the manufacturer for reconditioning. Some helmets aren't worth the repair, so they are either thrown out or sold. A few years ago, I bought one for an out-of-town friend for $90. I'm just going to beat Monte to this. If the guy wants an old helmet of TigerCoach's he's going to have to add on to the building for room enough to display it. LOL, teasing buddy!! I just knew Monte or Jay would jump on that and I wanted to beat them to the punch.

My helmet from back in the day is still in my basement. Even you couldn't afford it, Carl! I don't think he was looking for mine anyway, just a Tiger helmet.
