This month is National Women's History Month. There have been a lot of women who have made major accomplishments in life and are a reason as to where we are today.
But some of the women who may not have national recognition also have a great bearing on what we do in life.
My mother is a big example of this. It was two years ago that she had become seriously ill (if I get emotional about this, I apologize) and my mind was in chaos and I didn't know how I'd get through it. Two years later, she is doing just great and I was blessed that she was able to see me obtain my diploma from Mount Union College. The biggest thing she always tells me no matter where I may be is to always "have a good time."
The funniest moment that I laugh about is how she caught me in her sleep trying to get her coffee when she wasn't looking. She flat-out laughed while sleeping and told me "no you don't. (LOL, LOL, LOL). I caught you trying to get some of my coffee. Well you can get your own darn coffee!" That's not the only time she has ever caught me in her sleep (tee, hee).
Are there any women that have made a difference to where you are at today? If so, let it be heard!
