its all one and the same person. The old Lex coach was an assistant at Moeller back in the day. He also was a grad assistant at MSU. From what I hear, a good guy. As a head coach at Lex, I am pretty sure in his 11 years they were under .500 for the time. They made the playoffs once (2001 or 2002) in his 11 years. He was named Div. 2 coach of the year after that season. Last 3 years at Lex were 2-8 (last year), 4-6 (2004) and 4-6 (2003). The only hold up on him oming to Massillon might be a teaching job. I hear they are after someone else here in stark county (a current head coach and not named Rose) as well for the same spot of o-line coach, however the administrative position he would require is not going to be ready until January.

Could this be the same administrative position that will come open on January when the current "part-time" administrator retires after his 120 days? Yes, Kamd50, the plot thickens. Thickens with my puke just thinking of how that guy is more interested in his situation than the programs.:puke:

In his Sunday column, TP mentioned former Lexington coach Dave Kaple.

(The usual TP disclaimer applies. He writes, "Perhaps a good fit for the role" so he has an "out" if they choose someone else.)

Let's focus on the positive, TC! We can only hope as that just gives us that many days sooner before we can bid him farewell
