Didn't everybody get the memo that he was on the hot seat? There was also some rumors that his players no longer liked their coach.

Brian Harold Billick for nine years was the heart and soul of the Baltimore Ravens. He will be missed in Ravenstown, that's for sure.

Wherever he lands, I'm sure he will do just fine.

NC Viking,

No one knows fans better than Billick. I remember watching a locker room clip and he was talking to his team after a win and said: "You know what, ---k the press and what the fans think, they don't know anything and don't play the game, it's about everyone in the locker room." That was in reference to a 2000 Ravens win and I agree with him greatly when it comes to fans who are know-it-alls. They think they know everything and they really don't know what's going on!!

I don't see Billick as a d(uc)k head. I see a guy who is straight to the point. He'll land somewhere.

His downfall was not hiring a NFL OC to call the plays or get any real playmakers on the team. What did he expect Mcnair at 35+ to do with 3rd or 4th Wr's??

McNair along with every other QB who was terrible and never developed.

I think that the Ravens have done extremely well inspite of a lack of a QB.
