Anyone see the Lakers go with the old school shorts while playing the Celtics. Pretty funny!

I think they look a heck of a lot better than those baggy L O N G drawers players wear today; especially if the player has skinny legs!! The same with baseball - pull the darn pants up, wear sanitary socks underneath and look like big leaugers rather than just getting out of bed on your pajamas!! Bah!! Humbug!!

GO BLUE!!

I agree, Warren1st, but at least there not as ugly as the plaid suit Carle used to wear back in 1976. Have you seen that thing? Atrocious! LOL!! Some styles come back in time, but not this one.

Lol, even though I am a few years ahead of Carle, pretty much the norm back then was sweaters for girls (with a pendant, of course) and a suit jacket, dress shirt, and tie for the guys. I may be wrong, But I am pretty sure that is not Carle's senior pic and is a Washingtonian outfit or something.

Nope, Sr. Pic. Just came from golfing on caddy day at Brookside which is why the hair is all over the place. To make matters worse, the shirt was yellow and the butterfly bow-tie was white suede. GOD HELP US!!! LOL.

Kamd50,

I take it you attended a Catholic school before attending Massillon in reference to your clotheswear.

CarlE,

Nice suit and the pic! We need more CarlEs in this modern day and age! And in case you didn't know...1975-76 was your senior year...when my beloved Steelers won back-to-back Super Bowl titles! #1 in the NFL and always #1 in the fans hearts (ALWAYS)! So your pic fits real well!!

In reference to my clotheswear, Keno, in my 1972 WHS Senior yearbook, 99% of all of the guys wore suitjackets, ties, and dress shirts, while the same can be said for the girls wearing sweaters and a pendant. That's how it was in the olden days, lol!

Kamd50,

You always brighten my day! No wonder you are the loving person that you are! For all intents and purposes (brace yourself here)...I would give up talking about Michigan for a full week just to meet you!

Kamd50,

Well...I have to concur with you on this. After all, you did show a dominant disdain for them when you snapped at me for my repeated glorification of them and my black and gold (I don't blame you for doing so...anytime you have a 16 and a 12 year old...you don't want them seeing that kind of thing on chat room boards and I had to respect your request for that being a devoted mother. It's a maturity thing and I can respect that).

That's two.....
