Was there a reason the tickets for the banquet changed from $15 to $20? The paper said $15 but when my sister went to pick them up, it was $20. Unfortunately, this close to Christmas, the extra $5 (although that sounds like not much) will keep us from attending.
Anyone going, have a great time and report back to everyone who were unable to attend.
Thanks!

Well, I can't help myself, I am going to the banquet. So, for anyone I know out there, see you there. I won't get there until closer to 6:00 because in addition to taking my dad Christmas shopping, I also have to watch my granddaughter until my husband gets home from work. But, otherwise, my husband told me to go, so I'm going! Yea!

It seemed that all in attendance had a great time. St. Georges provided a accommodating venue with plenty of great food! Watching the NFL Films documentary on the giant screen was also a real treat. The kids had fun and he coaches emphasized the positives of the season.
Also.....
I announced Mr. Jeff Bricker as the 2008 President of the Massillon Tiger Football Booster Club. Congratulations Jeff! :no1:

Sig, congrats to you on the year. In spite of ALL that went on, and parental health concerns you conducted yourself as a true professional and made Massillon proud. Our hats are off to you, sir.

I concur 100%.
The Booster Club Obie pin you painted was one of the best, if not the best, ever.
My hat's off to you for all your hard work, time, and devotion.
Thank you.

sorry to go off topic, but does anyone know if this documentary was/or will ever be re-aired?
i, along with presumably thousands of other massillon residents, were in the midst of a blackout when it was aired originally...
thanks.

If I'm not mistaken, it's supposed to be shown again on Christmas day. Check out the Versus channel website. They have a schedule there.
