Their ego has just cost the township over 100k in tax money that they would have got in the original plan proposed by the mayor. Instead they made a back-door deal with navarre, made a piece of land undevelopable, and threw away over $100,000+ of tax money. Good job, morons.

This wouldnt have happened if Laubacher had taken office. Plus, Charles Hall has been a detriment to Perry for years.
