Looks like Joe Girardi will become the next Yankees manager. Also, Don Mattingly was upset and will leave the Yankees.

A-rod will not be back either. Rivera, Pettitte, and Posada may also decide to leave.

I wonder where A-rod ends up.

BTW, I hate the Yankees...just curious as to how much money they will spend and who they will bring in to lose.

They're going to sign AndrewE to a lifetime contract very soon so that they are ASSURED of a winner somewhere down the line!! LOL.

I hate everything about the Yankees. The only thing that will somewhat comfort me this offseason, after the collapse, is the memories I have of the Spankees walking back to the dugout, grabbing their cell phones, and making Tee Times for the next morning!!!!!

Looking forward to another run next season, can't wait for Spring Training!!!!!

When was the last worldseries championship cleveland won? I believe 1948 so until you actually win a world series then shutup about the Yankees. Oh! by the way the yankees won numerous worldseries before steinbenner got their.

What the hell does that matter for a true fan??? You OBVIOUSLY have no idea what that is, and don't EVER tell me to shut up pal. I stated my opinion about the Yankees, want me to state my opinion about the frontrunning Yankee fans that have no reason to like them except the fact they win???

You like Michisuck and the Yankees??? You're probably a Steeler fan too right???
Where in the hell are you from??

Truth hurts doesn't it pal???

What does that have to do with anything? I chear my team win or lose. I hate the Yankees because they think they can buy championships and because of their owner.

I would guess Boston. They made a run at him when he was with Texas but New York outbid them. There are probably only four teams (Boston, Dodgers, Angels and Cubs) that would be able to pay an eight year, $230 million contract. Apparently A-Rod and others are not happy how the organization handled the Torre situation. If the Yanks continue to crumble, I won't shed a tear (sorry Chap).

I think he's going to end up in Chicago. Remember who the manager is and who he played for in Seattle. Just my guess. And now hartville tiger is a Yankee fan, along with Pittspuke. God, he's on a Keno bandwagon to be sure.

Will they be assured a winner? Following Yankee policy, they wouldn't go after AndrewE until he is past his prime. On the bright side, your son will make millions more than he probably deserves at that point in his career. LOL.

I could see A-Rod go to the Cubs and go back at shortstop. Dodgers could switch Garciaparra to first so he could take over third. Heard Torre is being considered for the Dodgers. I don't know if that would help or hurt the Dodgers chances if they wanted him. Would look nice in the Angels lineup. Considering the another teams in their division and Yankees ship is taken on water Boston might not think it needs to make that move.

CarlE,

I can see AndrewE right now.........

John Sterling: It's a full count. Three and two...it's a swing into left field, the ball is high in the air, to the warning track and it's GONE! SEE YA! Andrew Eisenbrei homers on a full count to give the Yankees a 13-9 win! The Yankees win! THHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEE YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYANKEES WIN!

---after the game---

Keno Sultan: Andrew, you were staring at a full count. What was your mindset after you cleared your head?

AndrewE: I just wanted to get out of here with the win. Billy Bark is a bulldog of a pitcher. I battled him and just got what I wanted, he put the ball over the plate and I connected when it counted.

---the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.....er, Jay Gowins

Jay Gowins: So Andrew, coming back from that stand in Pittsburgh, what was it like for you?

AndrewE: My dad CarlE told me a lot of women would be falling for me and I seen them all, Mighty Mary Jane, Loving Linda, Powerful Pamela, Sweethearted Suzanne, Tantalizing Terri, oh man...I'm going to have to talk to that Pittsburgh playboy (crowd laughs and cheers). He got me into all of this! I'm just glad to get out of Pittsburgh with a series win! Do you know how many women flooded my phone with calls about my hitting power?

Yes CarlE...your boy would be well loved!

My son will NEVER let a Pittspuke skank anywhere NEAR him. That I know for a fact.
