Does D2 play in Massillon?
I asked Don, and I'm pretty sure he said DI and DII play in Canton.

The DII title game is always Friday night in Massillon. The DI title game is always Saturday night in Canton. DIII-DVI change days, venues, and times.

Sorry, been a lil 2 busy to post. took a 5 minute break real quick to check in.

Yes, the Division II state title game is in Massillon and what a chaotic scene (for the good) that would be if Lex got there. Lex lost a tough one on Friday night to Ashland. Lex will bounce back this week though. If any Tiger Fans want to see Lex play the next couple of weeks in the playoofs it will be a haul. This week they play at Sylvania Southview at 7:30 which is a little NW of Toledo..lol (If you actually want to go, note that Southview plays their games at Sylvania Northview's High School stadium, they do not have their own stadium). Oh Yeah then the week after they would have the winner of the Piqua-Toledo Central Catholic game which will be in western part of the state at a neutral site, probably Tiffin i would assume.

One big positive for Lex is that Last years Div. II state Champion was Piqua. Piqua was 8-2 in the regular season and got in as the 7 seed in Region 6 just like Lex in both cases. Piqua last year and Lex this year were/are both led by a dominant running game. Lex has broken school records for total offensive team yards, most team rushing yards, and most points in a season (out of the I). Lex also broke the school record for largest point differential in a season. they have broken a total of 12 school records this year, just too many to list. Lex RB Brad Gallik has rushed for school records with 1,823 yards and 24 TD's (hasnt played in the 4th quarter in 5 games). He is worth the trip alone. Nickname is Horse by the way he keeps going and doesnt break down. he averages almost 7.5 yards per carry and has carried the ball 254 times this year so far, including 40 times versus West Holmes...thus Horse. Lex also starts 3 sophmores on offense including their QB who started last year as a freshman, as well as their Right Tackle and Tight End.
