i'm pretty sure j.t. is no where near 1000 yds. not sure about k.j. though. it would be great to see k.j. get it considering the first half of the season his carries were limited. sorry but i really don't care one way or the other about devoe getting his 1000yds. the record i was hoping to see get broke which may not happen now is steve's field goals. it would be a shame if he doesn't get it considering the warren and cincy games were score at will. remember the warren game we went for it twice on fourth down instead of kicking it. now if he doesn't get his shott in the mckinley game that will be disappointing.

How could J.T. have a 1000 yards when he play's on defense all the time.

Because to kick a field goal when you're up big tells the other team that (a) we want to tack on more points...because field goals with Schott are almost a guarantee, especially chip shots (b) we have no respect for your team. Going for it on 4th down makes it so their defense has a chance to stop us from getting ANY points and anybody who has coached will agree that they don't want sympathy. Kicking field goals late in the game is being sympathetic. My mentality is, if we can't stop you on four plays and you march all the way down the field...we are not good, we need to fix it, and you are helping us get better. Just my take.
Schott will break the record in fitting fashion against archrival McKinley and he will remember it for the rest of his life!

Why put the offense out on the field if you aren't going to try and score points? Massillon has had problems with the holder this year. I don't think giving them some more game time tries is out of line. I'd rather them fumble the snap against Western Hills than McK.
