This is pretty cool: http://www.news.com.au/perthnow/story/0,21598,22492511-5005375,00.html?from=mostpop (http://www.news.com.au/perthnow/story/0,21598,22492511-5005375,00.html?from=mostpop)
If you see the dancer spinning clockwise you're using the right (intuitive) side of your brain. You know that weird girlfriend in high school who did an interpretive dance to tell you how she felt about your relationship?--that's the side she was using.
If you see the dancer spinning counterclockwise then you're using the left (logical) side of your brain. Just like that other girlfriend who recited the twenty-five reasons she was breaking up with you and gave you a Leonard Nimoy stare when you got upset about it.
You can change which way the dancer spins by looking away and keeping the image at the edge of your peripheral vision. "Think" of her going the other way then look directly at her. The first time's the hardest--after that it's easy.
I was very surprised at my results.
