Today would have been Paul Brown’s 98th Birthday…..

Yes, the greatest football coach in history bar none.

I'm proud to have my first post be on his birthday. I traveled a long way to visit his grave years ago.

I loved the first photo of the powerful Massillon mentor and coaching legend. Everytime I am in the Luther Emery pressbox and I look at his picture, I see how much he meant to Massillon.

I must admit it...(someone's going to get me for this but I'm willing to take the heat) that picture of the winningest charge in Massillon history is...er...well...FORCEFUL! (just had to by the facial expression on Brown's face).

This truly is a very memorable day in sports. The Pro Football Hall of Fame opened on this day 43 years ago. ESPN began broadcasting on this day in 1979. And, as mentioned, it's the anniversary of Paul Brown's birthday. Thank you Paul Brown!

Are the booster club busses leaving the Towne Plaza at 8:00AM tomorrow morning or are leaving from another location......just need to confirm. Would hate to be at the wrong place and the wrong time!!!!!!:gogogo:

I believe the HOF took Paul Brown into account (along with when construction was scheduled to be completed). The ESPN debut was pure coincidence.
