"Rick Heather, of Massillon, knows a thing or two about tailgating. He and a group of friends have been partying on the pavement for about five years. A former Massillon Tigers’ standout and an All-Ohio player, Heather knows the importance of tailgating at his alma mater. Coming out to all the games, toting his famous recipes and feeding the masses is motivated by his love for the Tigers and the camaraderie of the fans. “I miss the passion (of playing) and there are others there with that passion,” he said. “It’s a fun time with a great group of people.” As a member of the Web site Massillonproud.com, Heather has come to know a ton of Tiger fans. Through those relationships his circle of friends at tailgating parties has grown."

This is the second time Xtiger has been in the press! He was in the press when the peak Massillon Tigers were slated to challenge Cincinnati St. Xavier for the 2005 Division I state championship game! He was quoted in The Repository!! The forceful Rick Heather!!!
MassillonProud.com: greatest site for fanfare! Massillon: greatest place to be for a tailgate!

Man, some "gentleman" ate 10 pulled pork sandwiches before a game?
Best pulled pork ever. And the chowder, chili, etc. is also top notch. I think I'll learn the top secret formulas for KFC and Coca-Cola before he reveals some of his recipes.

I hear what you're sayin! Looks like I am going to have to get myself back there for a game and tailgate party to find out for myself. Definitely overdue for hometown food and festivities!
