amen to that LTFT. after last season's title, you may very well see a whole new generation of kids that claim to be steeler fans, but are more likely just band-wagoners.

it's the young kids i was referring to as being part of a new generation of steeler fans/bandwagoners. most of the people on here completed their bandwagon jumping days about 25-30 years ago.

MTown,

No one wanted to play the Steelers in the 70's because of their physical, bone-breaking mantra. Being a Steelers fan, I take pride in fast, hard, physical football. And no, before a Kind, Appreciated, Motivated, Dominating person on here says something......I'm not endorsing KO'ing others out of a game.

I win as a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and I lose as a Pittsburgh Steelers fan!

By the way, yesterday was Dennis Miller's 53rd birthday. His present will come in the form of a Pittsburgh win over the Denver Broncos!!!!!

At least William Laird Cowher, a loving father of three raised in a strong Christian household has something that the Browns do not have: a SUPER BOWL championship!

It took 14 years and 10 playoff games but he got the job done! By the way...the Steelers 7-3 playoff record is second behind New England's 10-1 this decade...and the Browns are 0-1.

GO STEELERS! #1 IN THE HEARTS OF THEIR FANS!! NO BANDWAGON JUMPERS!!!

Feels nice to have some familiar company at the bottom of the division. I think its funny how steAler fans are in an uproar right now, browns are still losing but we are used to it and it makes things a bit easier because the pukesburg is as crappy as us!

The Steelers could hold the distinction of the worst record by a team the season after winning the Super Bowl.

The 1987 Giants started 1-6 and finished 6-9 (in a strike replacement player year). The '81 Raiders finished 7-9. The '82 49ers finished 3-6 (a strike season but a winning percentage of .333). The '99 Broncos were 6-10.

Pittsburgh didn't get it done last night. Roethlisberger threw the ball 54 times...and three of those were intercepted.

It's missed opportunities doing in the world champions. What else can I say?

Have to run the ball for a balanced attack. Pittsburgh could sure use "The Bus."

the Steelers are going to land in the top 5 picks which is fine by me...NOW. Steelers will select either Jarrett/WR from USC or Gaines Adams/DE from Clemson. Then we will sit back and watch Cleveland pick Troy Smith or Ginn..lol

Ahhh...the Steelers of the 70's. Featuring Franco "I never met a sideline I didn't like" Harris.
