Boardman dominating Perry was a big surprise. Hoover dominating Lake was also quite surprising. While I have little against GlenOak, I was hoping for that result (as they're ahead of the Tigers in points).

I think the Hoover-Lake came was closer than the score indicated, as Lake got turned away on the Hoover 5(?) and Hoover's last TD came very late on a long pass.

In the long run I like the fact that
McK won we will need those points Week 10
Could have used Lake over Perry but
Boardman over Perry is a big plus as well as
Jackson over Glenoak

Middletown had 4th and goal on the 6-inch line with about 1:30 left - and got stuffed.

Not a great night from that perspective. It puts even more pressure on the Tigers to take care of their own business.

I listened to the game last night and you are correct. The game was close for a good 3 quarters of play. Lake had a good chance to score before the half but ran out of time. I think Lake forced 3 fumbles just in the first half.

Wow, what is going on with Perry?

So who is the top team in the FED at this point? If they all keep beating each other up and losing to each other, will this help Massillon's chances of making the playoffs?

I can't believe that there are people that still WANT to make the playoffs!!

My comments/questions were before the Iggy game. Even with a win vs. Iggy I wondered if Massillon would have enough points to get in and if the FED teams all losing to each other if that would help.

Obviously at this point Massillon won't/shouldn't get into the playoffs.
