Why , last year were a LOT of football players arrested for gathering to watch a fight, while this fight attracted 90 kids "in the hood" and only garnered the arrest of 1 out of towner ?????

Was there prior knowledge of the preceding incident? There often is. And that makes it easier to mobilize and handle than a spur of the moment, escalating situation.
