The annual battle for the Wagon Wheel between Kent State and Akron will take place today at the Rubber Bowl. The game will be broadcasted live on channel 5 with kick off slated for noon.

How about ABC cutting off the last drive of the game to play 10 minutes of commercials before the Ohio State game.

Yeah, what a brilliant decision.

The turnovers and some questionable playcalling did the Flashes in. It looked like a nice crowd, which was good to see. A few years ago, they couldn't even give the tickets away.
