Notre Dame AD: Jones won't be released from scholarship

Why won't they release the young man he knows he will have to sit out for a year. Besides that he wants to go to a mac school. ND is just being selfish in my opinion.

Way to be a team player. When the going gets tough, he skips out on his teammates.
