After yesterday's win I thought there would be talk of playoffs lmao. It goes to show you that the bungles are just what the browns need now. Oh! by the way browns fans the raiders have a decent defense so ur running game may be held in check. After this week they(fans) will be calling for brady once again. Anderson couldn't hold Palmer's jock and no I'm not a bengals fan.

and i feel sorry for you delusional michigan fans. afterall, at the beginning of the year you guys kept talking national championship game. those dreams got pushed away rather quickly. go beat your chests over your exciting win a notre dame. lol.
aren't you a steelers fan? if so, i think it's funny how pittsburgh fans speak so highly about their 2-0 start when they beat a bad buffalo team and the cleveland team that you think is so horrendous.
you root for michigan, but i bet you're not a lions fan. i wonder why.

Excellent point. Many Steelers fans claim they have supported them since the "Steel Curtain" days. The Pirates were good then too. Why don't you support them? The answer is the same as why you saw very few Steeler fans during the Bubby Brister years. They stink.

Every city has their share of not-so-classy fans. Pittsburgh included.
Have you been to a game at Heinz field Keno? I have and just like CBS, the Steelers have rude fans.
The majority of Browns fans are good, as are most NFL fans. (except maybe Eagles fans)
I don't expect you to agree, so I'll just take a nap using one of your many blanket statements.

I have been a steelers fan since 1972 and yes we had great years and not so great for example bubby briester, mark malone, cordell stewart so you see I've been a fan threw thick and thin. The steelers have had only 3 coaches since 1969 how many have the browns had, but forgive me when art moddell is a a>>hole what do you expect!!

It is laughable that these Pittsuck fans love their Squealers, but also love the Wolverines, Yankees and Braves etc.... Oh yeah they LOVE the Cavs (now). They are the ultimate disloyal fanbase. And home of the ultimate Frontrunner fanbase.
Of course they are fans since the 70's, HELLO!!!!! Frontrunners always back a winner! Four rings in the 70's means ........ Time to jump on this bandwagon!!!
Unless you have a geographical, specific family, or other explainable tie to that program................
YOU ARE A FRONTRUNNER!!!
And don't give me your 90 mile vs 60 mile crap Dawg...... that excuse stinks and you know it.
You only liked them because they were good when you were a kid. The fact that you have stayed with them through thick and thin does NOT erase the reason you became a fan in the first place!!!
In fact, let's just end it here.......... if you want to be respected as a TRUE fan of your team, feel free to post here WHY you are a Steeler fan, or Yankee fan, or Michigan fan etc....
I love the Browns, Cavs, Indians, Tigers and Buckeyes. I was raised to be loyal to my team regardless of record or performance on the field. That's what my definition of a fan is.
I'll be waiting to hear answers from some of you, and ready to give the respect a valid answer deserves.

I think this will give everyone a little chuckle...
I work with a person who I asked one day how they have lived in Ohio all their life but is a Steelers fan and their response was...
"I have been a Steelers fan since the "Iron" curtain days" Just goes to show you that that person knows nothing about a team they claim to love. It was the Steel Curtain days you dumb a$$...lol I hate the Steelers but at least knew that...True fan my butt.
I know all the Browns fans can appreciate that!
GO BROWNS!!!

Tigerslover96,
I am raised with devout Pittsburgh blood. I believe in physical, bone-breaking play by the Steelers. I believe in everything Dennis Miller (native of Pittsburgh, PA) says and agree with him.
The Steelers.........
81-40-1 this decade (tops in the NFL)
First #6 seed to win a conference title and Super Bowl title
First AFC team to win 15 games in a 16-2 year
First team to defeat two undefeated teams late in one season
Tied for most AFC titles with six (Denver)
Now you tell me what have the Cleveland Browns done?

Season tickets since the day they stepped foot in St. Pete. You have to go with the home-town team and that is my beloved, albeit inept Devil Rays. However, we are going to break Boston's hearts this weekend and kick the hell out of them so that the Yankees will overtake them. Tonight it starts with Andrew the Apostle front and center as Rays "Kid for the Day"!! Kazmir vs. Beckett tonight. Should be a doozy.

That's where you and I differ. If I had to leave the area, due to a job or other related issue, I would not be adopting the Rays or any other team. I was born and raised in Ohio, and they're my teams for life. I'd join you at a game or two, sporting my Ohio gear.
This just in, Keno is now a lifelong fan of the South Florida Bulls football team. Dennis Miller once performed at a South Florida comedy club.

That is exactly how I am. I love that I get to see most Buckeye games and can listen to all the Tiger games over the internet. There are many Cavs games on as well. I just wish the Browns and Tribe were on more often. At least the Indians will be on for the playoffs.
I will say that the Carolina Panthers have probably become my second favorite NFL team, but if the Browns and Panthers are both on, I'm watching the Browns. When they play eachother, I'm rooting for the Browns.

people on here claim all steeler fans are front runners. I started liking the steelers in 1972 at the tender age of 10. All my friends were browns fans, but I don't follow the crowd. Yet some people on here still claim that I'm a front runner. So I hope this will clear up some misconceptions. QB.-Terry Bradshaw.and Handratty,Briester, Malone, Neil O'donnel,Stewart, Charlie Batch, Ben Roethlisberger. Running Backs-Franco Harris, Rockey Bleir, Bam Morris,Barry Foster, Willie Parker,Jerome Bettis. I could go on and on. This should prove I,m not a front runner.

Doesn't prove anything. Um, the close proximity of the cities that you claim is your reason for following the Steelers and NOT because they were winners when this bandwagon got so freaking huge. And I LOVE hartvilletiger's analysis. Yes, you sure did name some big names there Skip. As fyrewood mentioned, ANYBODY could have done that and quite honestly probably have spelled them way better than you did too. It proves nothing except for the fact that you need to move over. There are more participants on your bandwagon. LOL.

I guess this just PROVES the point that I am not a front-runner, as you suggest !! You proved my point, ...thank you !!! What "front-runner" would be a Tribe fan ?? Fifty years since a Championship.

My love for the Steelers had nothing to do with the city of Pittsburgh !! When I started liking the Steelers, I wasn't old enough to know where Pittsburgh was !!
And, I had Indians season tickets PRE 1995 !! My grandfather was a HUGE Tribe fan, and he got me hooked on the Indians at a VERY EARLY age.

Did you just try to use the "Jackson card" on me? Like it hasn't been attempted before. Attending a high school and cheering for pro sports teams are apples and oranges. I had NO SAY in where I attended high school as I was a minor. But as a child, I COULD choose which teams for which I cheered. And guess which teams they were?
Go Browns!
Go Indians!
Go Cavs!
Go Buckeyes!
Go Tigers!
And 25 years from now, if by the grace of God I'm still kicking on this Earth, guess which teams it will be? It will NEVER change, regardless of how many championships the above teams do or don't win.
And since someone chose to use the "Jackson card" to try to minimize my support for the Massillon Tigers, I'll (again) explain the situation. When I was in school I wanted to attend Massillon because of its fine telecommunications program. Jackson had no such program (still doesn't). But Massillon WAS NOT open enrollment. My parents were not about to pay tuition when an acceptable education could be had at Jackson. But guess where I was on the weekends? Watching the Tigers. It was commonly known in the halls of Jackson that I was a Tiger fan. No one ever gave me a serious problem about that. Why? In my opinion, it was because they secretly wished they could be part of something like that too.
