There will be an open house tomorrow (Sunday 9/16/07) from 1:00 to 4:00.

HA HA. I would say yes, but I don't think that would help me sell it at this point.

Orange,list it with a Realtor!! You need more exposure to buyers!!

Call Margaret Coffey of Cutler. She sold our house in two days!

Call Bob Princehorn. He's the best and the only one I would use. I hooked him up with someone and he found them a house in no time.

I have had no luck with realtors. When selling my previous house I had the top sellers in their firm and they had a 90 day contract with no results. It seemed every time someone was interested in our house they sold them another house. We sold our house ourselves 7 days after the contract
expired.

Thanks for the input from everyone. Our idea was to try and sell it ourselves for a while, and if that didn't work go to a realtor. We'll see what happens.

Yep, that's it... pay 7% of your sale amount to someone to enter your house in M.L.S. and wear a scarf... good idea.

I don't use realtors.... then again, I haven't needed to yet.
