Darion's number was switched from #14 to #39 to be activated on the UT travel roster. Darion played special teams in a loss to C. Michigan on Saturday and is #2 on the depth chart at SS! He has been getting reps in practice with the 1st and 2nd team so far this week!!!!

From what I have heard from the 2006 tigers in college this is what I know!
BG---15-20 snaps a game at Illinois playing WR
Daily---redshirt
Pooder--- playing special teams--2 tackles on Saturday and 2nd team SS
Saunders----starting DE at FIndley
Sheggog--- nursing an ankle a few weeks ago but battling for starting WR position.
Bobby H--- starting fall baseball

Pooder is just maintaining--playing and practicing hard. Right now he is playing behind All-mac player Barry Church but has learned all 5 DB positions in the 3-3-5 scheme to be an asset to the team. He may get his 1st DB action this week---IM hoping!

Emery is playing at Findley and never went to FLorida Atlantic- A mix up in paperwork from the school or something. In the 1st game against Charleston people have informed me that Emery was dominating the line of scrimmage in a 20-0 win!
On A. Daily--- has gained 20lbs. but was redshirted---why waste the year playing behind 2 pre season all americans. I know he will get a chance at PSU and make it happen and make us proud he is a tiger! He is a great kid and suberb athlete that will shine at linebacker U!
BG is SHINING!! Big time ball player but I knew that before he suited up for the tigers!
I try to keep up with all the tigers in college that I can. I have not talked to Crable in a few since after camp but you see whats happening at UM. I think he is playing out of position in the down DE position and should be playing OLB where he is more suited. Personel at UM has prevented him from playing his natural position because all the defensive graduations. I knew it would be tough but the D is weak and teams are doubling and sending heat at Shawn to prevent him from being dominant. Despite the team he can and WILL play better---no excuses!

Just heard from Bryan Sheegogs mom. He's playing JV football at Heidelberg and doing well. Matt Lambert is there also but he's playing baseball. Bobby is playing fall baseball at Mount Union--I don't think he misses football--I know I don't!!!!

After the East/West game Bobby said he was glad he was playing college baseball and he wasn't going to miss getting hit!!!!

D. McGuire played whip safety Saturday and special teams recording 2 and a half tackles!!
BG--- 4 receptions and a 12 yard run!!
Neil James was redshirted due to injury

Tell Darion to keep up the good work. Darion was always one of my favorites in my time back at Massillon. Darion and I always had a good relationship. Mostly because we were from the same mold. We were both Tigers!!!

Ohio Wesleyan senior quarterback Steve Hymes (Massillon) rushed for 157 yards on 24 carries and completed 18-of-32 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown against Franklin.

He's reportedly splitting time at DE. Coach Zook reportedly was amused when James did a cartwheel in practice last week.

Crable has 15 solo tackles with 8 assists, 8 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 1 pass break up in 2007!!
1st round pick numbers????
Great individual play but the overall defense has not looked sharp. Good thing is noone in the big ten runs the spread offense!
