I loved the defense tonight, those kids seem to love to hit. To bad they could not score for the offense.

You are right. It is fun to watch good defense. Both teams played it tonight. Both flew to the ball.

Having said that, I wonder why we didn't try some misdirection plays tonight? Or maybe we did and I missed it. Solon looked very disciplined on defense so maybe they wouldn't have worked anyway. But great pursuit sets you up to get burned at least once.

This is a great post....As I agree with you and trying to be positive about last night someway.....If the Defense can play as strong as they did last night then Defensively we will be in good shape this season.....
