"The Ohio High School Athletic Association has hired a private investigator to look into alleged recruiting violations at Trotwood-Madison High School. 'It seems like, in the last 10 days to two weeks, a number of issues have been raised,' OHSAA Commissioner Dan Ross said Wednesday. 'We'll have somebody in Southwest Ohio talk to a number of schools. With the number of recent inquiries, we just felt like it's imperative that we send someone to check these issues out.'"

We'll be tied to it somehow. Middletown srimmaged Trotwood, then Middletown played us the following week. See the connection. If Muscaro was still in charge the investigation would be starting in Tigertwon.

There is another school being investigated. From the story:
"Ross said the investigation could be complete in several weeks, "but a whole lot of that depends if there are further issues, further places to go and more people to talk to," he said.
He would not address what, if any, penalties could result. One other Ohio school — not in the Southwest District — also is being investigated for suspected recruiting violations. Five schools were investigated by the OHSAA last school year for similar reasons."

No, he's good at finding what HE thinks are recruiting violations.
