Tickets

What is the best way to get a hold of the tickets office. I've been calling the number off and on for the last week or so, and most of today but can't seem to get through. Is there another way? (outside of driving down there)

got through... I think the key was not entering a command to press 1 or press 2... I dialed and someone started talking to me so it just rang through because I didn't do anything... But I'm in and got about 5 games, couldn't get the Mck game yet though..... but I'm in section 5 right by the roofline....I'm so pumped!!
