New Massillon assistant coach, Luke Durbin, won't forget his Lake roots

MASSILLON — It is no secret that fans of the Lake High School football community have a knowledgeable mind when it comes to Luke Durbin.
After all, he is the eldest son of Teresa and long-tenured Blue Streaks head coach Jeff Durbin.
Six years after playing for his father at Lake as a fullback and linebacker along with progressing through his collegiate career at Division III Baldwin-Wallace as a fullback and tight end, Luke is now on Tom Stacy’s staff at Massillon Washington High School, where he is coaching tight ends. He is part of a staff that features seven former Tiger standout athletes and one former head coach.
