A year later...Roethlisberger and Co. celebrated an AFC title on Gerard Warren's home field at Invesco Field at Mile High, #1 toughest stadium in the AFC in 2005.

I would imagine they're being compensated with a low round pick. And to trade him to a divisional rival tells you right there what they think of the guy's talent level.
