I found it....but I first heard it on "Rome is Burning"............

Among those who agree: Summit County Sheriff Drew Alexander.

Alexander's deputies were the ones who escorted Banky to the parking lot. But they were just carrying out the wishes of the folks who own the tournament.

''The PGA and Bridgestone/Firestone people pay our salaries, and they ask for zero tolerance on anybody harassing the pros,'' Alexander said.

''Now, having said that, 98 percent of those pros are just fantastic. They would never ask us to do anything like that. You always have kind of a prima donna.

''I thought it was pretty nickel-and-dime.''

The sheriff was just warming up. He said Sabbatini was overly sensitive because of Woods' big lead and that Sabbatini ''should have been waving white flags instead of throwing our customers out.''

A sheriff talking golf smack. Gotta love it.

From the Washington Post:
"In a recent Sports Illustrated poll of tour players, 25 percent of respondents said the man they would least like to be paired with is Sabbatini, a fiery competitor who once chewed out playing partner Ben Crane for playing too slowly at the 2005 Booz Allen Classic at Congressional."

Earlier this year Sabbatini called out Tiger after the first round of a tournament, saying he was "more beatable than ever." Sabbatini followed it up the next day with a seven over 79 in the second round. Tiger had this response:

"If I remember the quote correctly, I think he said he likes the new Tiger," Woods said with a sly smile... "I figure I've won nine of [his past] 12 tournaments, and I've won three times this year, the same amount he's won in his career. So I like the new Tiger, as well."
