He is definitely headed down the path that Mike Tyson (who is currently on trial for crack cocaine possession) went down when he got into wrestling.

Exactly. He's been "acting" like he's a civilized human being for the last few years now. That hasn't worked out very well for him.

TNA is a distant second to the WWE in terms of a national wrestling promotion. Maybe they're hoping that any publicity is a good thing, but I see this only ending badly. The guy was in a strip club the night before he was to appear in court for a shooting at a strip club. With that kind of judgement, can you really count on this guy to show up on time, give a full effort, get along with other performers and stay out of trouble?

TNA has also used several pro baseball players and Nascar racers (is that what they are called?) in angles to try to get media exposure. they will always be 2nd to WWE.

Pacman Jones needs to just sit down for a change. I for one am tired of his garbage and run-ins with the NFL.

"All NFL players have language in their contracts that prohibit them from engaging in activities 'which may involve a significant risk of personal injury,'" said a statement from team spokesman Robbie Bohren. "We certainly believe wrestling to be hazardous, and it is obvious from the player's conduct that he is ignoring this aspect of his agreements with the club."

Unless the Titans are really planning on Pacman coming back from suspension and playing for them at some point down the road, I don't see the point in this.

Void his contract and let him wrestle. If he wants back in the NFL after serving his suspension, jail etc. the Titans own his rights. Its that simple!
