The booster club store will be open during this week’s 7-on-7 passing scrimmages! The goal is to CLEARANCE SALE remaining 2006 items to make way for new products. In particular, there are A LOT of jerseys and “Massillon Football” tee shirts in youth sizes. So parents and grandparents, this week would be a GREAT time to stock up!
The Booster Club store is located under the West Stands next to the section 4/5 ramp.
Thanks to all who support the Tigers though support of the booster club!
GO TIGERS! UPHOLD THE TRADITION!

I forget the format. Will it be a waste of time to show up at 7:00?

No. Teams rotate and take breaks. It's possible the Tigers will have only "played" once.

The Tigers looked good tonight against Hudson, Heights, and Barberton. All of the QBs were solid...especially Partridge who threw 2 TDs in his first 3 throws. The defense only gave up one TD in the first three "games" and Hildreth had some great interceptions. The receivers also were solid including Devoe and JT who lined up in the slot throughout the 7 on 7. Kind of tough to differentiate some of the players b/c there weren't names or numbers on the jerseys...but overall I would say a great job tonight by all of our players.

Agreed. Corey Hildreth had an outstanding night. All QB's looked very solid as you said. Giorgio looked very good as well. Solid play all around!!! Keep up the hard work!!!

Sig,
Will any of that stuff make it to the online Booster Club Store for the out-of-towners?

Obviously you can't make any grand predictions from a 7-on-7 but they looked decent for an initial outing against other teams.

The Massillon Tiger quarterback derby went public for the first time this summer in a four-team 7-on-7 passing scrimmage at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium on Tuesday.
There were moments for each of the four candidates to replace Bobby Huth under center – senior Chris Willoughby, juniors Mike Clark and Tim Adkins and sophomore Robert Partridge. But there were also moments which left Tiger coach Tom Stacy scratching his head.

I like the way that sounds, there are going to be very few corners who can man up GJack this year. Just get that kid the ball.

He will make it extremely difficult for other teams to just focus on the run.

Imagine a package w/ him on one side, JT on the other, DT & Herring in the backfield, a TE who can catch, and a QB who can run. :stars:

Much like our basketball team, there will be very few opponents who will be able to match our athletes.

I was thinking the same thing the other day reading about how they are going to line up in the 7 on 7's. Although I hate to have this huge buildup during the early pre-season because last year there was so much talk about how that team was going to have more offensive weapons then any Tiger team maybe in the last 30 years and it just never materialized.
