I'm surprised that this doesn't happen more often. Especially, in college where the ball just jumps off of those metal bats.

Very sad story. His family should be in our prayers.

Gosh, I HATE hearing that. I was surprised that he was in the coaches box and not pitching batting practice. That is just what I was assuming before I read the article. Prayers and sympathy to his family. What a tragedy.
