Nice. It sounds similar to the approach that Massillon is taking for its future facilities (on a smaller scale of course).
From the article:

"There are two huge, hot- and cold-plunge tubs, and a large rehabilitation pool with a treadmill-like belt on the bottom and water flowing through for resistance. 'We wanted to be complete … and this was important for rehab, this is important for the big guys,' Tressel said. 'Because when you're big, you need to take pressure off those limbs, but yet you need to train.'"

"I felt we needed to have meeting rooms that were separate from our coaches' offices, because in developing personal relationships with those kids, you've got to be able to close the door."
