i've been through different parts of town this past week and haven't noticed any streets getting painted. just curious if i'm missing where they started. i know they were waiting until after june 1st to spend any capital improvement money but thats been 6 weeks now. has anyone seen were they have painted yet?? i know the 95/5 split keeps your capital improvements to a bare minimum but some of these streets are horrible as far as lane markings go.
