Any speculation as to whether he'll end up in Europe or in the new All American football league that's kicking of in spring 08?

I'd love to see him get the chance to develop on the field that he didn't have in Columbus.

Hopefully, he impressed someone enough to try and help him catch on somewhere.

Besides, the EARTH is SQUARE or CUBED !!!

Maybe someone in the USFL will get him. That's where Jim Kelly got his start before his HOF career with the Bills.

So is your HEAD!!! Anyway, good luck to Justin. He's a fine young man from what I've read and I think that good things happen to good people. As LTFT said, we've not heard the last of him.

I really hope so.
It doesn't look good, imo, that he was waived before the other rookie FA QB. I guess we'll wait and see.

According to the blog, it said that Time Warner discontinued ONN, not that ONN lost the contract. Although, it didn't mention anything about the Championship contract.

I have no clue what Time Warner has or doesn't have , I do know the ONN doesn't have a contract to do games for the OHSAA.

I never said they wouldn't be still carrying ONN broadcast on TW , ONN lost the contract to broadcast the state final games with the OHSAA

I couldn't find who will be carrying them if anyone, just keep your eye on the OHSAA website.

I never intended to say that "you" said TW dropped ONN. It was posted on the blog that is referenced in this thread.

The OHSAA is still accepting bids for its media rights package through a Cleveland marketing firm. They had plans to "secure a partner willing to broadcast live state tournaments in all 24 sanctioned sports and potentially some regular-season games. The athletic association hopes to have 130 semifinal and championship contests broadcast in some form."

That plan to do the wide range of sports recently hit a snag and its status remains unknown. But officials from SportsTime Ohio and ONN have expressed an interest in being involved in some form, and do have an interest in the football rights.

The OHSAA Board of Control is expected to discuss the issue further at its 9/13 meeting.
