Saw live footage on the tube this morning. What a shame.
If he could have only gotten the plane closer to the road, they may have had a chance. It will be interesting to learn what went wrong, as they were on a short flight.

Just a little curious as to why this is a "sticky" thread? And why there are so many of them now in the different forums. Can't say that I am particulary crazy about it. just my opinion.

There have been way too many plane crashes through the years with ties to NASCAR.

My first thought was that it was only Daytona to Lakeland. I mean take a damn limo for God's sake. We're talking about MAYBE a 90 minute drive.

Its a little longer than 90 minutes. But still point taken.

On the TTT forum, the new stories will stay sticky for 72 hours.
In the Sports forum, the stickies will stay for either 12 or 24 hours.
It is adding 3 new stories from espn every 12 hours.
I may have to cut back to 1 story.
The sticky basically holds it up high until the time runs out (giving people time to notice and reply) then it drops, but if it's a hot topic, people will continue to reply.
